Inspect a complete AT record URI or a Bluesky post, feed or list link. The converter keeps its repository authority, collection and record key separate and generates a supported web link.
An AT URI does not contain a record CID. A handle-based URI is mutable; the optional explicit identity lookup checks the current profile source rather than claiming the input itself proves a DID or account control.
