One identity lens
About bluesky.dawg.bot
bluesky.dawg.bot turns public AT Protocol records into compact, shareable identity pages. Search by handle or permanent DID; no Bluesky or Dawg sign-in is required.
It runs on the same Dawg identity graph as discord.dawg.bot, github.dawg.bot, and the other platform lenses. The API owns provider collection and identity safety. This frontend only renders stored, normalized records.
What it shows
- Public handle, DID, display name, description, avatar, banner, account date, and verification state.
- Followers, following, recent posts, feeds, lists, and starter packs when the public AppView returns them.
- Visible cross-platform connections from the Dawg graph.
.pngimage cards and.jsonnormalized responses for resolved profiles.
Why DIDs are canonical
Bluesky handles can change. DIDs remain the identity anchor. Handle lookups become durable aliases to /profile/<did>, so an indexed link cannot quietly become someone else's profile later.
